Ini adalah harapan bersama panitia dalam
Gerakan Nasional Lansia yang ditaja serentak se-Indonesia oleh PD Salimah Kota Pekanbaru bekerja sama dengan PW Salimah Riau dan PC Salimah Rumbai Raya, Ahad pagi 09 Juli 2023 di depan Posyandu Berbunga Silang Lagi Berkembang, Kecamatan Rumbai, Kota Pekanbaru.
Acara dimulai dengan senam bugar sehat bersama Coach Qodri. Usai senam bersama, peserta diajak istirahat sejenak sambil menikmati snack yang sudah disiapkan panitia. Tak lama acara dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan Mars Salimah.
Ketua PD Salimah Pekanbaru, Irtiahul Azmi, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa bangga dan bahagia bisa membersamai para bunda yang sudah masuk usia lansia atau masuk usia pra lansia.
“Harapan kita, melalui kegiatan ini kita bisa membantu para orang tua selaku garda terdepan dalam keluarga untuk selalu sehat dan bahagia. Insya Allah, orang tua bahagia, keluarga akan bahagia,” tuturnya.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan sambutan oleh perwakilan PW Salimah Riau, Siti Zuneihah. Iamengatakan ada 9 Kabupaten kota yang mengadakan acara serupa dan serentak hari ini.
“Semoga kegiatan ini akan berlanjut hingga ke Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa). Selain itu, ada program lain dari Salimah untuk kaum ibu yakni Salimah dapat memfasilitiasi ibu- ibu yang memiliki usaha dalam mendapatkan sertifikat halal,” terang Siti.
Pada acara tersebut juga hadir dan ikut memberi sambutan tokoh masyarakat Rumbai Raya, H. Firmansyah, Lc didampingi istri, Dr. Hellen Lastrifitriani.
“Tua itu pasti, sehat dan bugar itu pilihan,” ucap Firman.
Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa olahraga harus diniatkan dan dirutinkan.
“Kita support program Salimah, semoga berlanjut hingga terbentuk sekolahnya. Untuk tempat, kami bantu siapkan. InsyaAllah,” pungkasnya.
Ketua Panitia acara, Lujeng Paramastuti, mengatakan kegiatan ini sengaja dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tema acara “Bersama Salimah, Lansia Berdaya, Bahagiakan Diri, Keluarga dan Masyarakat Menuju Indonesia Sejahtera.” Ucapnya semangat.
Acara dihadiri oleh 75 ibu lansia dan pra lansia dengan penuh semangat. Mereka menyambut baik Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa) yang akan digelar oleh PD Salimah Kota Pekanbaru dan berharap program-program yang ditaja dapat diikuti bersama-sama dengan penuh antusias.
Pada akhir acara panitia memberikan bingkisan sehat kepada peserta serta pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis yang disambut dengan senyum bahagia oleh seluruh peserta.
