Jakarta (16/7) – Organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) Persaudaraan Muslimah (Salimah) menggelar webinar dan peluncuran buku panduan Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa) pada Ahad (16/7). Acara yang diselenggarakan secara daring diikuti ratusan peserta melalui zoom dan youtube Salimah.
Menurut Ketua Umum Salimah, Etty Praktiknyowati, webinar dan peluncuran buku merupakan puncak acara peringatan hari lanjut usia (lansia) nasional. Sebelumnya, ormas yang peduli perempuan dan keluarga ini sukses melaksanakan wisuda peserta Salsa dan Gerakan Nasional Lansia bersama Salimah.
“Pada tanggal 11 Juli Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa) Bantul melakukan wisuda 511 peserta lansia yang langsung mendapat apresiasi dari Gubernur DIY, Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X. Total siswa lansia yang sudah diwisuda berjumlah 2.000 siswa,” ungkap Etty.
Ia juga menyebutkan, pada tanggal 9 Juli Salimah melakukan Gerakan Nasional Lansia Berdaya. Dalam kegiatan ini, Salimah di seluruh Indonesia melibatkan lebih dari 10 ribu lansia melakukan senam lansia, pemberian nutrisi, serta melaksanakan asesmen lansia mandiri.
Etty berharap, sebagai ormas yang memiliki visi meningkatkan kualitas hidup perempuan, anak, dan keluarga Indonesia, Salimah dapat berkontribusi untuk masyarakat lansia. Melalui Salsa, Salimah dapat mendampingi lansia agar sehat, bahagia, dan mandiri.
Acara webinar diisi oleh dua tokoh nasional. Materi I dengan topik “Menua dengan Sukses: Sehat, Aktif, dan Produktif” disampaikan oleh Penasehat Indonesia Ramah Lansia, Sudibyo Alimoeso. Sedangkan materi II yang berjudul “Lansia Mandiri dan Berdaya, Bahagiakan Diri dan Keluarga” dijelaskan oleh pemilik Pecel Pincuk Surabaya, Bunda Aisah.
Di akhir acara, Ketua Departemen Diklat PP Salimah, Rusmiyati, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya telah selesai menyusun buku panduan Sekolah Lansia Salimah berbasis kompetensi.
“Materi dalam modul mengacu pada unit kompetensi terkait yang disalin dari Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI). Ini akan membantu fasilitator atau mentor dan peserta dalam proses belajar guna menghasilkan peserta didik yang kompeten sesuai standar kompetensi,” jelas Rusmi.
Ia menambahkan, kurikulum Salsa mengacu pada tujuh dimensi lansia tangguh. Karena itu, modul yang disusun meliputi modul keagamaan, psikologi, kesehatan, serta ekonomi dan ketrampilan.
