Lampung (30/7) – Departemen Humas PW Salimah Lampung menghelat Rakorwil dan Coaching Kehumasan untuk pengurus humas Salimah se-Lampung melalui zoom meeting.
Kegiatan mengangkat tema “Memperluas Kemanfaatan Program Salimah di Masyarakat”.
Acara dihadiri oleh perwakilan pengurus humas dari 15 kabupaten kota hingga tingkat cabang dan ranting seprovinsi Lampung dan dibuka oleh Ketua PW Salimah Lampung, Rita Apriliyawati.
Dalam sambutannya, Rita berpesan untuk sama-sama menyadari bahwa amanah yang diberikan adalah sebuah anugerah untuk beramal saleh.
“Setiap kita harus bersyukur atas amanah yang Allah berikan karena kita dikasih peluang untuk beramar ma’ruf nahi mungkar,” ujarnya.
“Sesungguhnya apapun yang kita lakukan, kegiatan yang kita laksanakan, program-program yang kita tunaikan, dengan kita yang mengerjakannya itu bukan untuk siapa-siapa tapi sesungguhnya buat diri kita sendiri. Maka dengan itu kitalah yang harusnya bersyukur diberi kesempatan untuk menempa diri dengan memiliki kapasitas maksimal sehingga bisa mengangkat Salimah sejajar dengan ormas lainnya,” imbuhnya.
Rita juga menyampaikan amanah dari rakornas bahwa Salimah menargetkan menjadi organisasi 3 besar.
“Betapa luar biasanya target yang diberikan kepada kita itu, termasuk salah satunya kerja keras humas harus maksimal sehingga target 3 besar itu tercapai. Bagaimana humas bisa mengemas agar Salimah dikenal. Maka diharapkan masing-masing daerah tetap fokus pada kelebihan dan keunikan yang dimiliki oleh Salimah di daerah tersebut,” ucap Rita.
Rakorwil Humas yang dilaksanakan setengah hari itu juga menjadi ajang evaluasi dari pengurus Humas PW ke PD, PC, dan PRa dengan menilai kinerja selama ini. Selain itu juga disampaikan panduan SOP dan program kerja turunan dari Humas Salimah Pusat.
Acara diakhiri dengan pelatihan atau coaching kehumasan yang di sampaikan oleh Ketua Tapis Blogger, Naqiyyah Syam, dengan pelatihan mengedit video dengan aplikasi capcut.
Ketua Departemen Humas PW Salimah Lampung, Erika Santi, berharap dengan dilaksanakannya Rakorwil dan pelatihan kehumasan ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengurus Humas dan menambah skill keahlian mengedit video untuk konten-konten media sosial.
