Gorontalo (27/8) – Bertempat di Ruang Pertemuan Butik Annisa Gorontalo, Pengurus Koperasi Konsumen Syariah Salimah (Kossuma) menggelar Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT). Pertemuan yang merupakan kegiatan tahunan pertama antara anggota dan pengurus kali ini dilaksanakan secara offline dan online.
Turut hadir dalam RAT perdana Kossuma Gorontalo Kepala Bidang Koperasi dan UMKM Dinas Ketenaga Kerjaan Dan UMKM Kota Gorontalo, Magdalena Katili. Di hadapan sekitar 30 peserta RAT, Magdalena yang juga mantan lurah di salah satu Kelurahan Kota Gorontalo mengapresiasi kerja pengurus Salimah dalam mengelola Kossuma.
“Saya yakin, Ibu-ibu yang terbiasa mengelola keuangan keluarga punya cara sendiri dalam mengurus koperasi yang tujuannya adalah membantu ekonomi masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Desi Arisanti terpilih sebagai pimpinan rapat yang akan menjadi forum pertanggungjawaban pengurus. Desi yang juga adalah anggota pengawas Kossuma mengawali rapat dengan membacakan dan mengesahkan tata tertib rapat. Selanjutnya ia memberi kesempatan kepada Ketua Kossuma Gorontalo, Titi Umi Kalsum, untuk menyampaikan laporan pengurus tahun buku 2022.
Dalam laporannya Titi menjelaskan perjalanan panjang terbitnya lembaga berbadan hukum yang menjadi pusat aktivitas ekonomi ormas Salimah di Gorontalo tersebut. Selanjutnya Dosen Akuntasi di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo ini menguraikan capaian dana anggota terkumpul dari simpanan pokok, simpanan wajib, dan sumber lainnya.
“Ada 4 jenis usaha yang sudah dijalankan dalam tahun pertama ini yaitu usaha penjualan sembako, frozen food, paket lebaran, dan berbagai cemilan. Tahun ini kossuma memiliki 13 outlet yang tersebar di berbagai titik di Gorontalo,” jelas Titi.
“Alhamdulillah hampir semua anggota Kossuma adalah pelaku UMKM sehingga peluang berkembangnya sangat besar. Tentu banyak hal yang masih perlu dibenahi, termasuk perluasan daerah kerja,” tambahnya.
Terakhir, pimpinan rapat mempersilahkan pengawas Kossuma menyampaikan kerja tahunannya. Ketua pengawas Kossuma Gorontalo, Novianita Ahmad, menyampaikan kegiatan pengawas dalam kurun waktu April hingga Desember 2022. Novianita yang juga merupakan penanggung jawab outlet pada Induk Koperasi Keluarga Nasioanal Salimah (Inkossuma) memberi penekanan untuk menaikkan jumlah outlet.
“Kami memiliki target tahun ini ada 3000 outlet yang ada di bawah Kossuma seluruh Indonesia,” ujarnya.
Di akhir laporannya Novianita pengapresiasi kinerja pengurus yang sudah menjalankan kepengurusan Kossuma dengan baik.
Rapat yang dimulai pukul 08.00 itu diakhiri pukul 12.00 dengan pemberian bingkisan kepada Kepala Bidang UMKM dan Koperasi Kantor Dinas Ketenaga Kerjaan Kota Gorontalo yang sudah mendampingi kegiatan RAT hingga selesai.
