Gorontalo (18/2) – Mengawali program di tahun 2024, Pimpinan Wilayah Persaudaraan Muslimah (PW Salimah) Provinsi Gorontalo menggelar kegiatan silaturahmi pengurus. Pertemuan yang juga ditujukan untuk pra rapat kerja (pra raker) pengurus ini dilaksanakan pada Ahad (18/2) pukul 09.00-13.00 WITA di Sekretariat PW Salimah Gorontalo di Kecamatan Telaga, Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Dalam acara tersebut, Ketua PW Salimah Provinsi Gorontalo mengingatkan seluruh pengurus tentang amanah dakwah.
“Kita diberi tugas memperbaiki kualitas muslimah yang akan mengokohkan unit-unit kecil keluarga Indonesia. Bukan hal mudah, tapi juga bukan hal yang tidak mungkin dilakukan,” ujar Dosen Program Studi Bahasa dan Satra Indonesia Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Sesi acara inti memberi kesempatan kepada semua Ketua Departemen untuk pemaparan pelaksanaan program sepanjang tahun 2023, termasuk evaluasi serta refleksi dari setiap program tersebut.
Ketua Departemen Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Depdiklat), Sri Yanti Nasaru, menguraikan strategi mengeksekusi tiga program utama Departemennya. Program- program tersebut dikoordinasikan dengan Pengurus Daerah (PD) yang disesuaikan dengan potensi masing-masing.
Ketiga program tersebut adalah Sekolah Ibu Salimah Terpadu (Sister), Sekolah Pra-nikah Salimah Indonesia (Serasi), dan Sekolah Lansia Salimah (Salsa).
“Tahun 2023 kami memberi fokus kegiatan Sister kepada PD Kabupaten Gorontalo dan PD Bonebolango, sementara Serasi didelegasikan kepada PD Kota Gorontalo. Nah, kegiatan Salsa masih ditangani langsung oleh PW,” jelas Yanti yang terakhir melibatkan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (PKM) Kecamatan Kota Utara Kota Gorontalo dalam beberapa kegiatan lansia Salimah Provinsi Gorontalo.
Sesi paling menarik saat menyimak laporan dan evaluasi Departemen Dakwah. Departemen yang sempat berduka pada akhir tahun 2023 lalu karena wafatnya Sang Ketua Departemen, Alm Sri Lestari, ternyata telah melakukan terobosan yang dinilai luar biasa oleh para pengurus. Program Rumah Qur’an Salimah (RQS) sudah membangun sistem manajemen sendiri dengan jumlah peserta Kelas Tahsin dan Tahfiz mencapai ratusan orang dalam setiap program kelas.
“Bukan itu saja. Program Rumah Tahfidz Balita dan Anak (Rutaba) yang semula hanya menyelenggarakan pendidikan non formal Taman Pengajian Qur’an (TPQ), sekarang sudah menjalankan pendidikan formal Kelompok Bermain (KB), Taman Kanak-kanak (TK), dan bahkan Sekolah Dasar (SD),” jelas Ustazah Isra Kaida, pengurus Salimah yang diberi amanah sebagai kepala TK di lembaga ini.
Selanjutnya, Ustazah Isra menguraikan secara rinci target dari setiap level unit belajar pada lembaga yang bergerak di bawah Yayasan Cahaya Qur’an Salimah ini.
Kesempatan evaluasi dan refleksi program berikutnya disampaikan oleh Ketua Departemen Pengembangan Wilayah Yuliyanto Kadir, Departemen Humas Mulhimah Kau, dan Departemen Ekonomi Niswatin.
Pertemuan ditutup dengan taujih yang disampaikan Ketua Dewan Pembina Salimah Wilayah (DPSW) Provinsi Gorontalo, Ustazah Novianita Ahmad.
