Pangkalpinang (25/2) – Pimpinan Wilayah Persaudaraan Muslimah Bangka Belitunpg (PW Salimah Babel) kembali menyelenggarakan kegiatan Rapat Koordinasi Wilayah (Rakorwil), Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengurus Salimah (PKPS), dan Silaturahmi Nasional (Silatnas) sebagai rangkaian terakhir Salimah Babel Expo.
Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan pada Sabtu dan Ahad, (24 dan 25/2) di Asrama Haji Bangka Belitung ini mengusung tema “Memperkokoh Soliditas Pengurus Menuju Optimalisasi Peran Salimah di Masyarakat”.
Acara diikuti oleh 90 peserta yang terdiri dari pengurus PW Salimah Bangka Belitung dan perwakilan Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Salimah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota se-Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Kegiatan dibuka oleh Ketua Badan Koordinasi Organisasi Wanita (BKOW) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang diwakili oleh Sekretaris BKOW, Hasuna Eriyanti.
Ketua PW Salimah Babel, Meiristia Qomariyah, berharap kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan rasa memiliki pengurus Salimah terhadap organisasi yang menaunginya, sehingga dapat produktif melahirkan kemanfaatan yang lebih banyak bagi masyarakat.
Sementara itu, Ketua II Pimpinan Pusat Persaudaraan Muslimah (PP Salimah), Reny Anggraini, mengingatkan pentingnya pemahaman tentang Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) serta Garis Besar Haluan Organisasi (GBHO) Salimah dalam pelaksanaan program-program Salimah.
Acara pembukaan dihadiri oleh Sekretaris Umum PP Salimah, Santi Nurjannah, Ketua Lembaga Wakaf Salimah (LWS), Siti Rahma FM, Perwakilan dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Kependudukan Pencatatan Sipil dan Pengendalian Penduduk Keluarga Berencana(DP3ACSKB), Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan Salimah Wilayah (DPSW) Salimah Babel, Ketua Muslimat NU, Ketua Mubalighoh Salimah Indonesia (MSI) Babel, dan perwakilan dari Yayasan Kesejahteraan Mandiri (Yakesma).
Pada hari pertama diselenggarakan Rakorwil yang berisi pemaparan hasil capaian kinerja PW Salimah Babel tahun 2021-2023 dan target program kerja di tahun 2024. Sedangkan kegiatan PKPS membahas tentang AD/ART, GBHO Salimah serta Manajemen Konflik. Materi PKPS disampaikan oleh Tim PP Salimah.
Selanjutnya, di hari kedua kegiatan Silatnas menghadirkan kembali Tim PP Salimah untuk memberikan materi tentang Konsolidasi dalam Menguatkan Pilar Organisasi. Kegiatan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan paparan kewilayahan dari Ketua PD Salimah di Kabupaten/Kota se-Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Selain itu, pada kesempatan tersebut juga dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi dari Yakesma, pemberian penghargaan kepada PD yang memiliki capaian tertinggi, sholat subuh berjamaah, kuliah subuh serta senam bersama.
