Kudus (2/11/2024) – Pimpinan Daerah Persaudaraan Muslimah (PD Salimah) Kabupaten Kudus mencanangkan komitmen dalam meningkatkan manfaat untuk masyarakat. Hal tersebut diungkap oleh Ketua Salimah Kudus, Aeda Ernawati, dalam pembukaan Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) pada Sabtu (2/11) di Ruang Meeting SDIT Al Islam Kudus.
“Semua departemen perlu meningkatkan kinerja dan membuat program kerja agar lebih memberikan manfaat,” ujar Aeda.
Sementara itu, taujih disampaikan oleh wakil ketua PD Salimah Kudus, Yuliana Dewi. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa Salimah merupakan sarana untuk mencapai tujuan. Karena itu, pengurus diminta meluruskan niat karena Allah, melandasi dengan Ihsan dan itqon agar Salimah semakin kokoh dan luas jaringannya, sehingga manfaatnya dirasakan secara nyata oleh masyarakat sampai ke akar rumput.
“Bersyukurlah dengan keberadaan kita di Salimah karena Allah yang mengumpulkan kita semua di sini. Maka jadikan aktivitas kita di Salimah sebagai bentuk pengabdian ke masyarakat,” imbuh Yuliana.
Dalam pemaparan program kerja, Departemen Dakwah memaparkan program baru yaitu rekrutmen peserta Program Beasiswa Salimah untuk Yatim Dhuafa SMP-SMA, program unggulan dan prioritas berupa Baitul Qur’an Salimah (BQS), Program Pembinaan Anak Yatim dan Dhuafa (P2AYD) dan Majelis Taklim Salimah.
Selanjutnya Departemen Pendidikan dan Pelatihan menyampaikan program unggulan rumah pendidikan Salimah, yaitu Sekolah Ibu Salimah Terpadu (SISTER), komunitas Salimah Berbagi Ilmu (Sabil@), dan Sekolah Lansia Salimah (SALSA) yang terus berkontribusi untuk masyarakat.
Gerakan belanja produk Salimah, outlet Salimah dan gelar produk kurma menjadi kegiatan unggulan Departemen Ekonomi PD Salimah Kudus dalam rangka mewujudkan lembaga yang mandiri secara finansial dan membuka sebanyak-banyak manfaat untuk perempuan dan masyarakat Indonesia.
Sebagai penutup, Departemen Pengembangan Cabang dan SDM yang menjadi “kaki” organisasi telah merencanakan untuk pembentukan dan pembinaan kepengurusan baru serta optimalisasi wakaf Gardu Salimah (gerakan dua ribu) dan sambung rasa dari pengurus PC dan Pra.
Bekerjasama merupakan kunci keberhasilan untuk mencapai cita-cita besar. Semoga Salimah menjadi ormas perempuan yang akan terus berjuang meluaskan manfaat untuk masyarakat. (Ty, Salimah Kudus)
