Minggu pagi tanggal 9 juli 2023, Salimah serentak mengadakan kegiatan berupa Gerakan Nasional Lansia Berdaya yang bertema Bersama Salimah, Lansia berdaya. Bahagiakan diri, Keluarga, dan Masyarakat Menuju Indonesia Sejahtera. PC Salimah Sidomulyo, Lampung Selatan, pun mengadakan agenda di hari tersebut, di antaranya senam lansia, pemberian makanan sehat bergizi, pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan pembagian aneka doorprise.
Senam sehat yang diikuti para lansia ini dilaksanakan di Desa Seloretno Kecamatan Sidomulyo. Begitu semangat para lansia mengikutinya karena instruktur senam, Uni Vera, begitu energik dan gerakannya juga ramah lansia.
Selain para lansia, kegiatan juga diikuti oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Lebih lengkap karena acara ini didukung oleh Ketua PKK Desa Seloretno beserta anggota.
Selain senam sehat, PC Salimah Sidomulyo juga menyediakan pemeriksaan kesehatan berupa cek tensi darah, cek berat badan, dan konsultasi kesehatan bersama dokter Mufidatul Nafisa.
Ada juga pemberian nutrisi berupa bubur kacang hijau. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan pembagian doorprise.
Acara didukung oleh beberapa sponsor yaitu TB Sae Andi, Toko Baru Furniture, Anggi Furniture, Akhtaru Art, Rumah Madu, dan Toko Laras.
Ketua PC Salimah Sidomulyo Lampung Selatan berharap dengan banyaknya sponsor dan begitu besar antusias dari peserta, akan menambah semangat pengurus untuk membuat acara-acara yang bermanfaat bagi perempuan, anak, dan keluarga Indonesia Indonesia.
