Bertempat di Yayasan Jabal Nur, Sempajaya, Berastagi, Kabupaten Karo.
Musyda dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk evaluasi, regenerasi, dan konsolidasi organisasi agar Salimah semakin kokoh dalam kepemimpinan serta optimal dalam memberikan kemanfaatan bagi perempuan, anak, dan keluarga di Kabupaten Karo.
Acara diawali dengan pembukaan dan tilawah Al-Qur’an, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian laporan pertanggungjawaban pengurus periode sebelumnya, musyawarah program kerja, serta prosesi pelantikan pengurus baru Salimah Kabupaten Karo untuk periode 2025–2030. Seluruh rangkaian berlangsung khidmat, penuh semangat ukhuwah dan tekad memperkuat sinergi organisasi.
