Pontianak (15/10) – Pimpinan Wilayah Persaudaraan Muslimah Kalimantan Barat (PE Salimah Kalbar) sukses menggelar Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengurus Salimah (PKPS) 2 yang dihadiri oleh ratusan pengurus PW hingga PD, baik secara virtual maupun secara langsung di Aula SMAIT Al Mumtaz pada Ahad (15/10). Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid tersebut mengangkat tema ‘Kemampuan Mengelola Konflik Optimal Produktivitas Dakwah Salimah Meningkat’.
PKPS merupakan program unggulan Departemen Pengembangan Wilayah dan Sumber Daya Manusia yang harus diikuti oleh pengurus Salimah di setiap level struktur.
“PKPS ini merupakan program yang wajib dikuti oleh semua pengurus Salimah,” ungkap Ketua PW Salimah Kalbar, Dwi Nugraheni.
Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi motivasi bagi pengurus untuk menjalankan roda organisasi. Setelah mendapat bekal tentang PKPS ini, diharapkan pengurus PW maupun PD dapat mempraktekkan pembekalan yang diberikan sehingga bisa mencapai tujuan Salimah dan memberikan manfaat yang besar kepada masyarakat.
Kegiatan ini digelar dengan menghadirkan tiga pembicara. Materi pertama tentang Anggaran Dasar/Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART) dan Garis Besar Haluan Organisasi (GBHO) disampaikan oleh Rizda Kalsum, S.K.M selaku Sekretaris PW Salimah Kalbar. Dalam pemaparannya, Rizda menekankan bahwa AD/ART dan GBHO menjadi sebuah panduan bagi anggota dari sebuah organisasi mengenai apa saja aturan-aturan yang ada saat berorganisasi.
Materi kedua disampaikan oleh Ketua PW Salimah kalbar, Dwi Nugraheni, S.Si yang menyampaikan tentang Manajemen Konflik. Dalam penjelasannya, ia menekankan bahwa konflik dalam sebuah organisasi adalah sebuah keniscayaan, sehingga setiap pengurus diharapkan memiliki kemampuan dalam manajemen konflik. Dengan adanya manajemen konflik yang baik, diharapkan bisa mengarahkan perselisihan ke arah hasil tertentu yang mungkin atau tidak mungkin menghasilkan suatu hasil akhir berupa penyelesaian konflik dan mungkin atau tidak mungkin menghasilkan ketenangan, hal positif, kreatif dan bermanfaat.
Sedangkan materi ketiga adalah Public Speaking yang disampaikan oleh Hj. Ida Jumiati, S.Sos, M.Si. Dalam pemaparannya, ida menggatakan bahwa kemampuan untuk berbicara didepan umum dapat ditempa dengan banyak berlatih dan terus berusaha membangun kepercayaan diri. Tidak kalah pentingnya lagi, adalah menguasai materi yang akan disampaikan serta memahami siapa audiennya.
