Lampung (16/9) – Departemen Humas PW Salimah Lampung melaksanakan kunjungan kerja dalam rangka berbagi dan pelatihan singkat kehumasan yang berlokasi di kota Metro Lampung.
Kunjungan kerja yang dilakukan Dept Humas wilayah ini dihadiri oleh pengurus humas daerah kota Metro, kabupaten Lampung Timur, kabupaten Lampung Tengah, dan kabupaten Lampung Utara.
Selain silaturahmi tatap muka, pertemuan singkat ini juga mendengarkan perkembangan humas Salimah masing-masing daerah, serta kendala yang terjadi dalam pekerjaan.
Ketua Departemen Humas PW Salimah Lampung, Erika Santi, memberikan arahan serta mengingatkan kembali kepada tim humas daerah, cabang, dan ranting untuk bekerja secara maksimal dan melakukan pekerjaan apapun dengan kualitas terbaik.
“Hal ini mengingat begitu pentingnya departemen humas di dalam sebuah organisasi,” ujarnya.
Erika juga mengingatkan untuk selalu berhati-hati dalam membuat konten-konten yang ingin disebarluaskan.
“Harus menjaga tata cara syariat dan memperhatikan detail sebelum konten tersebar. Karena konten yang disebarkan bisa menjadi ladang pahala jariyah, tapi juga bisa menjadi dosa jariyah jika konten tersebut ada yang tidak baik. Karena nilai diri kita terlihat dari karya dan kerja-kerja kita, pesan Erika saat memberikan pengantar sebelum diskusi dimulai.
Sambutan hangat dari tuan rumah pengurus PD Salimah Metro dengan terlaksananya kegiatan ini. Ketua PD Salimah Metro, Sri Sulasmi, menyambut dengan antusias dan hangat, serta berterimakasih kepada humas PW yang sudah melaksanakan kunjungan kerja di tengah kesibukan masing-masing.
Evaluasi diberikan oleh pengurus humas yang hadir. Poin utamanya adalah kurangnya anggota humas, tidak tersedianya fasilitas yang mumpuni untuk kerja humas di lapangan, pergantian pengurus, dan tidak ajeg karena memiliki pekerjaan di tempat lain, serta kurangnya skill tim humas yang ada.
Untuk itu, humas PW akan senantiasa memberikan fasilitas pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk humas di daerah.
Pelatihan terdekat akan dilaksanakan pada Ahad (8/10) tentang media sosial. Narasumber yang akan hadir adalah Desliyani Natalia, pengurus Dept Humas PW Salimah Lampung yang juga seorang konten kreator. Ada juga pelatihan menulis opini yang akan disampaikan oleh Adian Saputra, pimpinan redaksi wartalampung.id.
Sebelumnya, pelatihan humas telah rutin dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan sekali. Di antaranya pelatihan menulis rills, editing video, mengambil foto dan video, mendesain lewat aplikasi canva, dan pelatihan lainnya yang mendukung kerja humas di lapangan.
