Banjarbaru (6/8) – PW Salimah Kalimantan Selatan melaksanakan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengurus Salimah (PKPS) 2 pada Ahad (6/8). Kegiatan bertempat di SMPN 4 Paringin, Jalan A. Yani Kabupaten Balangan.
Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengurus Salimah (PKPS) adalah salah satu sarana penyampaian materi wajib bagi seluruh pengurus Salimah dengan tujuan utama agar setiap pengurus memahami visi dan misi Salimah.
Pelatihan kepemimpinan kali ini mengangkat tema “Kemampuan Mengelola Konflik Optimal, Produktivitas Dakwah Salimah Meningkat”.
Menurut Ketua PW Salimah Kalsel, Dahliani, PKPS merupakan salah satu dari tujuh program unggulan Salimah.
Dalam PKPS 2 kali ini, Dahliani didampingi Ketua Departemen Bangda dan SDM PW Salimah Kalsel, Dewi Lestari, menyampaikan sejumlah materi, seperti Manajemen Konflik, GBHO, dan AD/ART Salimah.
Menurut Dewi, program ini akan diadakan hingga akhir tahun dengan cara roadshow ke semua PD Salimah se-Kalimantan Selatan.
“Balangan dan Tabalong merupakan PD Salimah yang pertama yang kami datangi dalam pelaksanaan program roadshow ini. Total peserta yang hadir pada kegiatan ini sebanyak 25 orang, yakni 16 orang dari pengurus PD Salimah Balangan dan 9 orang dari pengurus PD Salimah Tabalong,” jelas Dewi.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dari pukul 09.00 hingga pukul 17.00 Wita ini berjalan dengan serius dan penuh semangat.
Peserta PKPS 2 pulang dengan suasana bahagia. Di ujung acara, diisi dengan pembagian doorprize untuk peserta yang aktif bertanya.
