Pasir pengaraian (29/7) – Dalam rangka memperingati Muharram 1445 H, Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Salimah Rokan Hulu menggelar santunan yatim duafa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk berbagi kebahagiaan dalam suasana Tahun Baru Islam 1445 H.
Acara ini diselenggarakan di dua tempat, yaitu di kecamatan Rambah dan kecamatan Rambah Hilir. Santunan dibagikan kepada lima puluh enam (56) yatim dhuafa.
Ketua PD Salimah Rokan Hulu, Tina Rumiati, menyampaikan bahwa anak yatim menjadi tanggung jawab bersama. Itu juga merupakan perintah sang nabi sebagaimana disampaikan dalam salah satu hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Majah, “Aku dan orang yang menanggung anak yatim seperti ini di surga”. Kemudian beliau mengisyaratkan jari telunjuk dan jari tengah yang menunjukkan kedekatan dan kebersamaan.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan Salimah mampu senantiasa hadir memberikan kontribusi dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih baik, khususnya di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
