Jakarta (20/8) – Sebuah bendera merah putih raksasa menutupi dinding kaca aula mesjid Asy Syukur, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan. Di sisi lain, kain lebar berwarna ungu terbentang. Ornamen bunga merah dan daun hijau menjulur menambah meriah dekorasi ruangan. Ada apakah gerangan?
Kiranya di hari Minggu (20/8/2023) sedang berlangsung peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan ke 78 RI yang diselenggarakan oleh Pimpinan Wilayah (PW) Salimah DKI Jakarta bekerjasama dengan Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Salimah Jakarta Barat.
Pemaparan materi berjudul Nutrisi Sehat untuk Remaja, disampaikan oleh Ketua PW Salimah DKI Jakarta, dr.Yulia Andani Murti.
“Sangat penting bagi remaja untuk memahami konsep nutrisi seimbang dan memperhatikan asupan makanan agar dapat meningkatkan energi, daya tahan tubuh, dan konsentrasi,” ungkap Yulia.
Remaja seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan dalam memilih makanan yang sehat dan nutrisi seimbang. Remaja perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan belajar membuat pilihan yang bijak. Menghindari makanan tinggi gula dan lemak, perbanyak serat dan air putih akan membantu remaja terhindar dari obesitas dan diabetes.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, hadir pula anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Salimah Pusat (DPSP), Wirianingsih. Beliau mengisi materi bertemakan kebangsaan.
“Kita semangat menjalani agama karena ada jaminan di undang-undang negara. Itulah makna kemerdekaan yang sebenarnya,” kata ibu yang akrab disapa Wiwik ini.
Peringatan hari kemerdekaan tak lengkap rasanya bila tanpa perlombaan. Lomba tumpeng, fashion show, permainan dar der dor, dan mewarnai, menambah semarak suasana ketika nama pemenangnya diumumkan. Bagi-bagi hadiah berupa aneka peralatan hidangan berwarna ungu, buku, hingga baju gamis, menambah gelak tawa hadirin yang gembira luar biasa.
Kebahagiaan juga dirasakan 40 orang anak yatim yang mendapatkan santunan dan makanan bergizi. Sesuai dengan Gerakan Penanggulangan Stunting pada Anak Seluruh Indonesia.
“Terimakasih kepada semua donatur, pengurus dan peserta yang telah hadir. Semoga semangat kemerdekaan akan menambah cinta kita pada negeri dan tetap semangat berkarya,” Ketua PD Salimah Jakarta Barat, Anis Ratna Suminar.
